I served Mass most recently in November of 2024, at the age of 74. The Latin is still there, the rubrics, too. But the knees felt like they needed some updating, some aggiornamento. Good thing it was a private Mass, because I spent the kneeling parts back on my haunches -- the priest didn't know. Don't tell him.
